Lol, OK, is called ''Jolly'' +Speed - Sp.ATK

And, i'd recomend you ''Adamant'' +Atk - Sp.Atk, Ursaring's speed is terrible, i highly doubt you will outspeed another sweeper :/

Work on his defenses, so it might take some hits...
